They recommend searching for therapists in your area who specialize in treating bipolar disorder and contacting them directly to see if they have experience with IPSRT or would like to use this website to learn more about it. You might also consider trialing Dr. Swartz’s self-help SRT workbook either on your own or in conjunction with a therapist.
